Product assembly guide are simple with all label, easy to follow. just i using normal screw-driver, it took me too long to assembly, but it have lot of screws it make the assembly of product real strong.

I was keen to pick up a single bed found on their website while there was only 1 unit in stock. Called the store when I was 30 mins away and had the bed put aside. I then took my time to have a touch and feel of the display in store, making sure it is the right one for me.
Pick up from the warehouse is quite easy. It's located 300m from the store with massive parking spaces.
Assembling the bed only took me less than 1 hour.

It was very easy to navigate to the store . Store has a limited space but each product is displayed well. Easy to find the product . We were looking for dining table with chairs, we like the dining table and offer to choose few chairs to go with it. Helping staff at work, put those chairs around dining table for us to look at the available combinations. They gave us time to make decisions.the product I bought looks nice and of good quality. Assembling instructions were perfect.Product came with all the tools required to assemble product. It took few hours to assemble. We assemble it ourselves.

Bought a faux leather lounge. It peeled. They replaced saying it would not happen again, guaranteed. Two years later, it did. They do not want to know about it. Their solution, we will recover it. What are we supposed to sit on in the meantime.

The store was well laid out, clean and tidy. The item I bought was of excellent quality, size, design and I did not need to assemble the item I purchased.

The delivery guys from Castle Hills warehouse are fantastic. They went out of their way to help me. As a single mother with kids, it's impossible for me to move the heavy furniture around. Put the order through, a week later was advised order cant be processed. Only options to go in store or put it through online again.
Put in order, a week later they still dont know when it will arrive. 2 weeks later i called again and was told a lamp was out of stock so order was delayed. I had the item removed so that the rest could be delivered. Still no sign of order 2 days later, called and they said you didnt book in a delivery time (i was told I would get a call when it was ready)
Arranged a time for delivery next day, and look the lamp appears with the order.

It was a very straight forward system.I have ordered online within one hour my product was ready to pick up and it took only 30 minutes to assemble.

I was satisfied with the quality. We easily assembled the TV stand ourself, even though after assembling we decide to return back the product to get the colour we originally thought about, staff treated us very polite and refund the money back with aprompt manner. It was beyond my expectation. I am totally satisfied with customers service.

I bought a bed frame about 6months ago and the stupid plastic connectors kept smooshing so that they would not fit anymore. Then about 1month later the slats fell off then it KEPT HAPPENING about once a week. Now the slats fall of almost every day. I am sick and tired of fixing it every time. I dont do excessive movement on the bed I just use it to sleep. I dont jump on the bed they just fall when I am laying still trying to get to sleep.

I do NOT recommend buying from here.
