The delivery driver arrived a 630am, this time is totally ridiculous. If they are so busy trying to fit everything in on one day, maybe they should spread the deliveries out over more days

Recently purchased the Hampton lounge and Hayman double bed in store. Very happy with the experience of the friendly staff, the range of products to suit all styles and budgets and the ability to customise lounges. Not only were they super accommodating to my likes and dislikes, all the colours and items I chose were already in stock and shipped at the earliest delivery day. I was sceptical about fantastic furniture in the past, but the quality is there in my opinion and the prices are great. I will definitely shop there again. They are almost a one-stop shop.

Will definitely ask friends to buy your furnitures as it looks nice and easy to assemble. Really good client service experience in showroom and warehouse.

I like that Fantastic stores are easy to find ( due to their large and bright store signs) and a located in many suburbs( easy to get to). I like their range and their prices are fair and affordable.

Difficult to find a member of staff to serve me with my purchase, wanted more items but felt staff member couldn't be bothered. Disappointing as we have had excellent service in the past, maybe we caught the team member on a bad day.

The online service takes far too long, tells you item's are available at the store but they are out of stock! Totally useless.
