Bought a bedhead and universal bedhead attachment two months ago. Production time was fine, however upon bringing the bedhead home, found that the measurements for putting the bedhead together were incorrect and the universal bedhead attachment doesn't fit on the bed. Shop assistant was nice when I told them the problem and assured pickup of the bedhead over a weekend to return to the warehouse and fix the problem (text message confirmation). Warehouse had no notes on pickup and has instead schedules a different time (only after I called them to work out why no one was communicating with me) - so I wasted almost a whole day at home waiting for a guaranteed pickup that never happened.

I purchased in-store, they have a great selection to choose from at far better prices compared to larger specialty stores. An easy process and staff very knowledgeable. They don't always have stock available so might have to wait a week or two, and their delivery fees are a little steep so always try and fit it in your own vehicle first if you can. I've purchased from Fantastic before and happily recommend them.

In store purchase and the service was fine, delivery occurred on the day scheduled no problem until you open the box. Unfortunately the product was damaged and chipped right out of the box, instructions were incomplete and the products are falling apart even during assembly. The whole list of products purchased are just turning out to be rubbish. Fantastically shipped junk halfway around the world to be thrown in to landfill. Absolutely terrible products. Stay away from this shocking product line.
