Bought a lounge, 3 seater and a 2 seater $1000 for the pair. The 3 seater broke within a couple of months was replaced no problem now the same lounge has started peeling about 3 and a half years later and I was told that's bad luck we can sell you another one. I will not pay $1000 every 3 years for a lounge

The furniture is attractive, affordable and easy to put together with a good, logical set of instructions. Good value for the price. Excellent customer service in store and when collecting furniture from the warehouse/dock. An overall pleasant shopping experience. I've purchased from Fantastic furniture before and would do so again.

The store was laid out well and was easy to navigate, there was a great range of products on display that we could choose from and we were completely satisified with dining table, bar setting and the three piece lounge setting we bought and the staff were very helpful and friendly

Purchased a living package deal but couldn't receive the buffet, coffee table or 4 dining chairs due to going out of stock instore..the buffet was going to be mid/end December until we could get it so I asked if we could remove it from the package and have the price deducted..when we got home we discovered they had just charged us the individual purchase price of the other items..we still got charged delivery but have to pick up the other items from store. Very disappointed in the entire lack of customer service and professionalism

I bought a recliner from Fantastic Furniture Campbelltown and was happy with the range of choices and service from the sales man andwarehouse staff. The Recliner was easy to assemble. All required tools and instructions were provided.

Bought the Havana range! It comes as a package, but was able to customise! Sarah at Campbelltown was a great help ordered one day, delivered the next day, great service!

We had two days to get bedroom organised in Albion park from Melbourne and these guys were amazing and helped us over the phone and had it already to pick up within an hour

Purchased an Ohio Bookcase, when I opened the flat pack box at home noticed that all the screws, instructions etc were missing. Now need to await for replacement parts. Not happy!!
