Purchased in store after viewing on line. Donna served us & was very helpful in assisting us with our choice of lounge & fabrics.

In-store purchase of a $200 oak cupboard including one insert .The staff member was friendly and knew her store products, was responsive to customer and encouraged customer to return to the refurbished store.
Pickup staff also friendly, punctual and approachable.
Some showroom and pickup staff could be a little more professional during lunch break - stay customer focussed at all times or not be visible to customer. ( a bit too casual to be socialising/ eating in front of customer)

A little hard to assemble. Some of the parts were scratch. Other than that, it’s good value. Would recommend friends and family.
