I did an online purchase. It was nice and quick. The only problem I have is the wait, but the overall experience is great and they call me back straight after I did the order online to let me know when to expect the product will be in stock.

I walked into the Store stood for a moment to take in my surroundings of colour, choice, value and picked up my pace over to the stool / chair section. Found what I was after and then got excited cause all my wants turned to needs as I was looking at Cushions, Office Furniture beds and lounges. I will be back my list has got longer....

Bought a bed frame and there was nothing wrong with it from the price through to bed itself. The staff were another matter. The woman at the checkout didn't know her product and seemed to involved with God alone knows what else to want to serve properly. The man at the back door who brought the bed out was bloody rude, plain and simple. He has no customer service skills what-so-ever, was unhelpful, rude and grunted when I said I wanted another box to the one he'd brought out as it had been obviously opened and returned and the product was unclean. There are plenty of other people who'd want his job.

We moved into our own home and have purchased most of our furniture from Fantastic. The staff were very helpful with our decision making and made the process and delivery very easy.

I searched the item online, used measurements to ensure the bed would fit in the room. Saved my search then went down to the store to view the product. Purchasing was very easy with the helpful staff and then I went around to the pick up dock. Happy days
