I was looking for some very specific furniture and I could select from the available range from them. Price was affordable. Product was available to pick up immediately. There was a small defect in one of the pieces of the furniture and I got replacement straight away.

The Staff at the Crossroads store went out of the way to help us pick the right furniture and lounge suite. Again very helpful when it came to getting it delivered. The quality of our lounge compared to prices of other more expensive retailers is amazing. The delivery guys were very obliging, helpful and pleasant. The store is easily accessible and in store movements are easy. The product range is good. We were well received by their staff. The delivery is due for coming Saturday, so I am looking forward for the ease of assembling the furniture.

Great product and price with a unique look. Utilised several of these in a production facility to improve staff comfort when working at lower positions. The gas strut adjustable height is great too. Also suitable to support the weight of an average adult.

Yes it was very easy to assemble and instructions were provided. There was a huge range of pruducts at a reasonable price.

Was a little hard to put together but eventually a success and came out perfect. Too many screws but easy enough to use instructions
