Service ladies I store were arrogant and argumentative, however the warehouse petson were helpful and polite. One of the draws on the tall it is lop sided and doesn’t match measurement to the other draw.

Instore purchased, the product was damaged, I emailed the store for exchange, couple weeks later got the called back to pick it up, and today I went to pick it up, they said that it was not instock, it already been sold, they COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. it was really dissapointed, and more than that I had to disassemble it, borrowed people van to take it to the store for the exchange, and got nothing back.

I was so happy with my purchases from fantastic furniture when I received them just over 3 months ago, I purchased the finlay lounge which is in my main lounge room and the back cushions have changed shape completely and is now very uncomfortable and very ugly to look at it looks like it's an old lounge when it's only 3 months old. Not impressed at all!! Very unhappy and will never be buying a lounge from fantastic furniture again. I can say I am very happy with my Toronto furniture it's been great just the lounge I'm not happy with.

The Kingston range is quality, beautifully presented furniture. I made my purchase instore after researching this range online. I purchased the 220cm entertainment unit. The purchasing side of it was extremely easy, and delivery was the next day. The item was securely wrapped and boxed, and already set up. The only part that was up to me was paying and securing the handles on (which is very straight forward and easy).

Many different colours and styles to choose from. The range the shop has caters for all different shape and sized rooms. All prices were very reasonable. Hard to make a bad choice.

Looked at items online and then purchased in store. Went in and the staff were really helpful and friendly. When I drove around to collect the item and told the warehouse worker that I was unable to use my boot as it’s broken, and he just said “no worries” and worked out how we could make it work going across the seats. assembly was super easy and I love my new entertainment unit!

I used afterpay online then chose pick up and went to my local store to collect at the wherehouse within 1 hour of order being made

Affordable home furnishings, but service needs attention. Product availability is good, however colour range of the products was an issue on the day. Otherwise sattisfied with my experience.

Great customer service, ordered 4 bed frames. Looked online first and knew what I wanted. Went into store to see them in real life. Jane served me and was very helpful. Got them delivered, was told I would get a phone call, Jane called and gave me a time frame and was delivered within that time frame!
