I made my purchase in store and the customer service was friendly, easy and overall very good. I found the rug that I was looking for and it was just as nice online, as it was when I went in to check it out.

My 5-year old Son decided to turn his bed into a trampoline, it broke, so we needed a new one in a hurry. Checked the range and stock online and found what we wanted. Went in-store and within minutes had purchased and was on the way to pick-up, the item was picked and ready before I had time to open my cars boot! Great service, great speed, and good product.

Shopped online, click and collect. Made it simple, paid in and out no problems. I would highly recommend using their online store, if you know what you want all details are there and it makes it much more easier to know what questions to ask if you need to. So you don't waste time. I will be back

I ordered a furnature package from fantastic furnature partucularly as the website stated a 2-4 day delivery time.
I did not hear anything from them other than a confirmation email. They contacted me on the 4th day to organise delivery. 3 days later, only part of the order was delivered. I was contacted by them 2 days later, but no inication was given as to when the delivery of the missing items would take place, but I would be contacted. I waited another 3 days and then contacted them. Due to 'delivery areas' I now have to wait another 3 days to have it delivered, if it actually turns up this time... The product that has been delivered has been fine for the most part with only 1 item suffering minor damage during delivery.
