Turned up to the store purchased the item I was after with excellent help from Josh. Picked up the item from the warehouse where the young man even loaded the items into my car for me. Good old fashion service with a great price

Troy was understanding and patient when it came to tailoring advertised packages to our requirements. He also made some creative suggestions that we loved. We ended up with exactly what we wanted in no time along with some serious savings.

It was a simple and easy purchase. Helpful staff, above and beyond expectation. Tahlia, Milva and Robbie made it a fun and exciting purchase. Definitely would recommend and look forward to more shopping

Lots of variety of products and great value for money. The staff were friendly and not high pressure to make a sale. My furniture was delivered when they said it would be . Best shopping experience I have had.

assembly is very complicated and the staff are not willing to assemble it, even though i was willing to pay the fee. they said that the waiting list was at least 1 week, which i think is a bit far fetched for a regional store.

Went into store to see dressers. Found the perfect one and had it in the back of my car so fast! The staff were all great and super friendly! Would highly recommend shopping at the port Macquarie store! Thanks team

I bought a package of lounge, dining and bedroom furniture to furnish a unit for rental. I was very impressed with in store assistance, quick delivery and assembly service. The price was very reasonable, and I am very happy with the look.

Have visited and purchased other items at this store several times now and the staff were very helpful and friendly every time. I purchased a lovely table and chairs recently and found them easy to assemble. Reasonably of good quality and ideally fitted into a small area. Most certainly will be back. Thankyou!!

The store is a tight fit but that was because there was plenty of different product to view. The team were friendly and helpful. The furniture arrived when we were advised, it was well packaged and putting it together was great with easy to follow instructions.

As we knew exactly what we were looking for it was quite a simple purchase.
The store has a warm and welcoming feel to it and the staff were polite and friendly.

Fair prices and wonderful helpful staff..I have purchased many things over the years and never been dissappointed. Only thing I would say could improve is having more stock so u don't have to wait for your item.

I really needed a bed in a hurry, but I only had zippay available to me. I wasn't really sure how in-store zippay works, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating; the delivery was on time and the guys were super nice. I don't usually write reviews, and I've had a bad experience with Fantastic Furniture in Bathurst years ago, but this time around it was so good in Port Macquarie; it's good to see such vast improvement.

Very happy with furniture quality, price and friendly staff. Will be returning to purchase more as the choices and quality are extensive. One of those stores where you go to look at something and end up wanting to take home heaps more.

Purchased goods that were reasonably priced and was shown around the showroom by a lady who knew the products and also listened very well to my needs. I went in for one thing and have chosen 5.

I visited our local store with my daughter looking to purchase a bookcase.
We ended up purchasing the bookcase as well as a Wing chair I had been eyeing off for sometime. The service assistance had noticed my strong desire for the chair, she suggested different payment options and was very helpful. Highly satisfied with the entire experience!
Also Very happy to see the service assistant relay the same energy of my daughter! She was very engaging!
There is nothing better when shopping with kids knowing that your not an inconvenience, this is what will bring me back!

Found the staff friendly and helpful. I first looked for a bed on line then visited a few furniture stores and found the perfect bed at Fantastic Furniture. I rang the store and they ordered me the bed. Very happy shopping experience.

Caz was so good with choices colours even suggested to wait till after delivery of furniture then come back and get rugs
The delivery people were so helpful.They even removed our old lounge .

The store is bright clean and the products are attractively displayed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my favourite furniture in my town.
