Staff were helpful and went out of their way to get the piece I wanted from another store. Other places I looked at said it would take up to two months to get what I wanted whereas Fantastic said it would be at my home within the week.

Came in with a vision in mind but was really struggling with putting it together, a lady who worked in store asked what I was after and gave me options, she also helped put the furniture layout together so I could envision it! If you see I hope you know you were so appreciated

Staff are friendly and helpful. They don't try to push you into buying something before you're ready. They know their product range and it's great value for money. Product range gives plenty of option to find exactly what you're looking for.

Setting up a house, my daughter and I have spent quite a bit of time shopping at Ballarat. Nothing phases the staff, they are patient and know their product range.

Staff were attentive and extremely helpful! They made the process of ordering my couch so quick, easy and simple! They made sure the couch was exactly what I was looking for and were very patient with me and answered all my questions.

Was very easy to navigate even with a pram and toddler we found everything we were looking for easily.

It's been 6 weeks (the maximum amount of weeks quoted) since we ordered the Convertible 6 package which we have not received. There was no communication from the store to say it's not going to be here on time and after speaking to the staff myself no one can tell me how many more weeks we have to wait. One staff member even saying that it's not in the country yet. I don't believe it's too much to ask for an estimate on how much longer so there is no need to be rude over the phone.

I'm an existing customer and I will continue to shop here but in this instance, it has been a fail.

I just wandered around the store looking for what I was after. There is a lot to see, and I eas asked several times by staff if I needed help. I was just happy to browse, until I found what I wanted
