The store wasn’t busy when we went in but nobody approached us to ask us if we needed any help I had to go and get a staff member to find out if a desk was available that I was looking at and then when she went to place the order because it wasn’t available she ordered the wrong table lucky I saw the receipt the next day so I rang and got them to change the order to the correct this.

It was easy to find products in store and there was the different ranges from research online to see. The products are good quality. The bed was easy and straight forward to build. The drawers instructions were easy to follow, just time consuming.

Staff extremely helpful and had great product knowledge we would shop in store or online again also found easy access to store and also to warehouse we are both completely satisfied

Was easy to navigate the store and find what I needed quickly. The service was quick and they arranged for me to pickup from their dock it was there ready for me when I pulled up. The product was easy to assemble and quality was very good.

Terrible staff don't have skills to deal with customer in respectful way. Would not recommend. Made me pay for 12$ difference where we didn't even get a single 1$ discount.

I found the perfect bedroom suite online and went into the store to check it out. Loved it as soon as I saw it. Had many other suites there but knew the one I wanted was what I wanted. Definitely will be back to get more furniture once I’ve moved to my new place.

My shopping experience at Bathurst was the first time I had ever been there and the store layout made it very easy to find what I was after. Even though the colour of the furniture piece I wanted wasn't in stock, the staff member was more than happy to suggest ordering it in before I had to ask her to. Very friendly staff members working there!

We ordered a Smith 3 seater lounge last Sunday with delivery due on the next day. After waiting all day and giving the store 2 phone calls, we were told the goods were on the delivery truck. Shortly after 5.00pm, we got a call from the store that the goods were NOT on the truck and would be delivered the next day. This upset my wife because we had gotten rid of our old lounge and we had nothing to sit on for the night. Fantastic Furniture, this was not good for you.

Very happy with my Chiropractic Firm Mattress. It offers good support for my back, yet still feels like it has a soft top layer and is Very Comfy thank you.

Friendly customer service and great prices,very easy to move around the store,awesome range of products that suited us and the quality of the product was great.The assembly of our furniture was easy,we most definitely will be visiting our local store again very soon.

Excellent service by store staff as well as ease of pick up. During the restrictions imposed by Covid 19 - the store was still running extremely efficient. Definitely recommend and will be attending for further purchases

Where do I start? I bought three pieces of furniture...two wardrobes that when assembled felt like they are about to fall apart..poor quality materials..ill fitting parts..i am so dissapointed because they are overpriced too
