Was in and out of the store with half an hour, my choice was made so easy by the excellent staff. Found exactly what I was looking for in a lounge could not be happier.

Took my 65 year old brother who is on the spectrum and staff were wonderful with him, will definitely shop there again in the future price and availability were great as well.

the store has a great layout of furniture and very good service after shopping around it was good go there for a great price i have spare cash for my other needs

I found it easy to walk around the store with a disability walker. The range of products and availability was good, also the quality. The staff assembled it for me as I am unable.

4 staff behind centre counter all doing nothing important. All seamed glued to it. Actually 3 where discussing whatever with 1 customer. Waved with chair in hand wanting assistance. Omg I must be invisible. Walked over to centre counter and enquired . No other colour whilst still hugging the counter. Walked past the centre counter at least twice after that to the bedroom and dinning room suite that I had gone in to purchase. Looked back at centre counter before walking out . Still glued.

The store is well set out, staff very helpful & willing to serve you. A very good selection of modern furniture at affordable prices. Staff willing to check stock availability in other branches. Overall a good shopping experience.

Staff was very help and friendly, Everything was a very straight forward process. Even though the products we were after were not in stock, Staff member promptly track the items located and had it sorted out for delivery to my doors in 2 days!

Very satisfied with the customer service I received. Gabi helped me move furniture around to create my living room vision, and gave me honest feedback and suggested alternatives. I ended up buying a lounge, coffee table and rug, with intentions of coming back for a tv unit and bed.

I picked up a Havana large entertainment unit, assembled it at home to find half way through building it it was damaged stock, I then returned it and got the store to give me a new one and paid them to assemble it and it got delivered to me, and it was built inside down. How can the store not check that before it left the store and I went to tell them for them to say “oh sorry about that” we can come to your home and rebuild it for you.
Are you serious?
I think the store needs to retrain the people who are building the furniture and double check the furniture before it leaves the store to make sure it is built correctly.

Staff very helpful. All I wanted was easily found, the range was most satisfactory, the quality is excellent, especially in the price range, and my daughter assembled the product in a quarter of the time we estimated.

Purchased at online 3.50pm picked up onstore by 4.30! So happy with the ease of the online service and that i was able to get it straight away

Fantastic Furniture is always my go to. I researched different products online before going in store to purchase. Staff where amazing showed me then ones I had screen shot on my phone. Easy decision. Paying and setting up delivery was simple no difficulty. Quick delivery of product the next day. Always great quality.

Found what I wanted was able to purchase online that day via Afterpay. And it was ready for collection in the hour. So convenient!!!!
