They are disgusting and rude and steal your money, all they are after is your money!!! I purchased a "bed" from them and had to put it together using instructions they "gave me" and it was so confusing, and the drawing was so bad . They are such clowns. I sleep on the floor without a bed after wasting my money on these disgusting and useless products they provide. Please dont purchase anything from them all they are after is your money.

We went there to buy a dining set that we saw online.. Unfortunately it was sold out.. But the friendly employee Marie was so helpful that we ended up buying our coffee tables from there

I love the staff at my local store. I never have an issue with being served.
I haven't received my couch yet but the store is layed out pretty well considering they are needing to consider social distancing. I loved the fact the staff gave me information to be able to assemble my couch once it arrives.

Easy to navigate around the store, the range has expected delays as this year has been very unique.
The products are what you pay for, you buy a cheap one expect it to be cheap. If you buy expensive one, you can enjoy the longevity of your furniture.

I love this store! Fantastic seems to be the only furniture store where bright, colourful furnishing fabrics are offered. I saw a bed I loved, and decided then and there to buy it. The staff are wonderful - knowledgeable about the products and so friendly. It's always so easy to buy at Fantastic - nothing ever goes wrong with the procedure, and it's great to buy Australian made.

Truly blown away by all aspects of our purchases. From the exceptional customer service from Julie, range of products, reasonable prices and delivery guys - couldn't ask for anything more. Very good quality flat-pack dressing table with spot-on assembly instructions; well-made headboard and base with the most comfortable mattress we've ever had, all delivered the next day within the allotted time frame!!
