Family Flatpack Fun!
Went into Fantastic with the idea in mind to buy wardrobes & side tables. Did have a look online prior but once in store & looked around we settled on the ones we liked in-store better. Was very impressed with staff and how helpful they were.

Quality and price
The store was great with helpful staff. Went in just looking but ended up buying. The store was immaculate and clean and salesman was helpful and assisted us with the product.

Love our new lounge!
Our lounge is just as I hoped for. So comfy and affordable. We have bought almost all of our furniture from fantastic furniture and will continue to do so. The staff were not pushy like other stores. Thankyou .

Just love it..
Friendly staff.. Lovely lay out of furniture to choose from. We bought dining chairs and table and also a side table for our lounge room which was extremely easy to ensemble..
A big thank you to your sale assistant Paul from West Gosford who was very helpful in helping us getting what we needed...

Friendly and Knowledgeable about products
I went in a few days before and I felt that I was ignored, but I returned and had a lovely lady serve me and she was awesome. I was happy with her friendliness and knowledge of the products I was interested in.

shopped around a couple of stores. Felt the attitude was.. come in spinner! Disappointed I was persuaded by a friend as a last resort to stop at fantastic. I was so surprised.. it was fantastic! The sales lady was genuine. She genuinely wanted me to be happy and knowledgeable about the product. Sold me on the spot. Actually sold me as a forever customer.

exactly what i was looking for . price was good . customer service excellent
looked on line to find the lounge I was after, went to the west Gosford store . found the lounge tried it, was exactly what we wanted . customer service was excellent . great experience
