Fantastic Furniture is my 'go to' shop whenever I need home furniture. I can always find what I want and at a good price. Flat pack can be tricky at times, but the instructions are clear and concise and I've never experienced any problems.

I was attended to straight away by Jessica. I knew what I was looking for, she checked to see if it was in stock. I paid for it and was directed around to their receiving dock. I was met by two lovely guys who loaded my Willow bed into the back of my car. They were both very friendly and nice. The whole process took 15 minutes at the most, very efficient people. I'm happy with the purchase, it was value for money and looks great.

I searched for the product I needed using the Fantastic Furniture Website which was easy to navigate through. I then confirmed the product I needed was in stock and was able to collect from the store the same day. The Bathurst staff are always friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend shopping at this store.

Service was fine. Took 9 cube bookcase home. Tried to assemble. What a shambles and furniture itself is a piece of rubbish...could have made a stronger better bookshelf out of origami paper!!!! Will never purchase anything again. Realise it is cheap, but it was just appalling. Bad surface finish, poor alignment of holes etc and item just absolutely pathetic as far as quality even for the cheap price

Everything was easily organised and the staff made it a very good experience. I walked out happy with my purchases and everything was well priced and easy to put together

Great range of products but not so many thats its overwhelming. We were acknowledged by friendly staff when we entered the store and attended to quickly once we asked for help. Difficult delivery dates and unsure orders were no trouble and were all sorted there and backed up with a phone call several days later. I will be shopping there again.

Good quality a little fiddly but enjoyable and fun to assemble. Was surprisingly firm. My first experience with bowed slats!
