The person handling my query was courteous and had excellent product knowledge. The trundle bed was delivered within 24 hours of ordering and was easy to assemble.

My first visit to a Fantastic Furniture Store was at Kelso (Bathurst) NSW. The store was well set out and tidy. I found the staff very pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to assist with my questions. Nothing was too much trouble, a staff member even searched the store for another pillow to complete my set. I will definitely be going back to Fantastic Furniture!
