I saw an item for storage that I liked in a bundle of junk mail. I do not normally read them but this time I did and I then went to the store at Bathurst and purchased the same item. I could not complain about anything at this store. The people there were very nice and would go back again.

Went looking for a cheap queen bed in store. Had a few to choose from in our price range. We were in and out and on our way home with a new bed within about 15 minutes

I reviewed online but purchased from the store. I just wanted to feel and see if comfortable lounge and the size to fit and if it was what I picture in my mind. The staff were helpful and polite my only disappointment was if I wanted another colour fabric I would have to wait 6 weeks.

Purchased a few item's from a fantastic store and I had to make three trips to my car with the box's while two male staff member's stood around talking to each other and walked off when I started carrying my items. Very bad service considering there was only one other customer looking around the shop.

Ive recently moved into my own home so I had to start from scratch with furniture, with the recommendation from a few friends I headed into the Bathurst store. I found what I was after (Havana Living package), I was treated with fantastic customer service and am getting everything delivered without fuss. The products are fantastic and great value for money. Can not fault my experience with Fantastic Furniture. 10/10 would recommend.

Purchased a 200cm Memphis lowline entertainment unit which came in a flatpack. In store purchase staff helpful and easy to pay for and bring home. I'm sure it will look great when I eventually get it all put together but looking at the assembly instructions, I can see it is going to take a huge amount of time to put together. Wouldn't have bought it if I had looked first to see how much assembling would be required.
