Fantastic Furniture WA, Rockingham

Love the fact you can choose of 100 different colours .excellent return policy, friendly staff, nothing is to much for the staff. Easy parking near store . Delivery is easy to get they don’t keep you waiting all day.

I would like to acknowledge the fantastic staff at the Rockingham store. I was in a psoition where my daughter and her children who live in China were needing to evacuate to Perth and go into self isolation. As we were unsure when and even if they would come to us I ordered and paid for two student desks. It turned out they didnt come to us and even though it had been two weeks since the order was placed I received a full refund. Cant ask for better customer service. Added to that the ladies were exremely helpful in the first instance when I needed advice as to what might be suitable and available. Thank you very much - I will certainly be back if the need arises.

Half my item wasn’t in stock...they said it will be two weeks ...nope ...it was less than that ...I’m very happy ...Great service, great range, just keep up the great work Rockingham Fantastic Funiture

We purchased two flat pack cupboards from two different stores on the same day. By far, the instructions on our Fantastic Furniture cupboard excelled over the other store's pack. The items were labelled with letters and the instructions were clear and detailed. The cupboard itself has some fixed and some adjustable shelves, allowing for easy of use.

The product, store layout, price etc were good. I was disappointed the floor stock I originally chose wouldnt be available for 6-8 weeks.
Shop welcome needs work for the customer service experience.

Went in store to look at their range and bought a 2 seater recliner that had to be ordered in, it only came in 2 colours with only 1 colour in store, had recliners delivered a week later, very easy to assemble.

Asia was our sales rep, she was very friendly and her product knowledge was excellent. The store was very well laid out with products easy to find. Overall a great experience.

Staff were knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Great in-store experience after checking online beforehand. The online feature that shows which stores have the product in stock is great. Staff in-store knew about products we’d seen online even though they weren’t on display which was impressive. I enjoy walking around the store and redecorating my house in my head!

Brought an amazing Mirror very satisfied although it did not come with wire to hang it.
Satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be making more purchases in the future!

Sturdy wooden seats in a walnut finish. Great value and look like they will last and can be left outside in undercover area.

The TV cabinet came in a box and was already assembled which was a bonus for a Senior person. Fabulous!

Just had to open box and cut plastic wrap let it un roll & cut 2nd plastic protective layer & let it poof up like magic,love how the mattress came rolled up so easy to transport home

Outstanding service at Fantastic Furniture Rockingham. My husband and I were surprised at the quality and price of the sofa we purchased. The staff knew exactly what the product was and the colour I was after. The sofa we chose was very comfortable and larger in size than what we originally thought! Bonus. I will definitely be going back to fantastic furniture in the future.
