I got my bed online. I had to rebook my delivery, i dint mind because iv only got to wait another two days. Still quick and im in no rush. They called me up to let me know why i had to rebook my delivery, and i thank fantastic furniture for calling me about the product and not jusy saying a word. Again thankyou. :)

In store. Staff helpful and friendly. You can see product before buying, and you usually buy more than what you intensionally went for as the prices are great.

Very good product, easy to assemble and awesome for price. Would definitely buy another when I have the need to.

You cannot buy products as affordable anywhere else however don't rely on customer service when you walk in the Rockingham store on the weekend as there is none. Thank goodness the products are amazing and sell themselves

We went into the Fantastic Furniture shop for a look and received fantastic service and knowledge from sales rep. Walked out thoroughly satisfied with two items we were looking for.

Attentive friendly staff. Not over persuasive. Furniture choice good. Colour choices satisfactory.
We were looking for casual lounges to fill conversation nook. Happy with 2 x Café Lounges.
Only criticism, long waiting period for delivery of chosen furniture with selected fabric. Store a little confusing.

We went to buy a shelf and saw a lounge we liked, the staff showed us all the options available in this model and took the time to allow us, one of who is vision impaired to touch and try it. As well as offering to store other items we purchased so the can be delivered together. Their assistance was helpful and the staff were friendly and professional. This also included a follow-up phone call the next day because we missed putting sofa shield on one off the items and organising payment at my convenience.

I recently purchased a student desk chair and lamp shade from Fantastic Furniture . I am very happy with both products for 2 reasons. One, very reasonably priced and two, they look great. The staff member who served me was very helpful and polite which made my shopping experience very pleasant .

Online purchase the process was simple to follow and easy to understand so instructions were user friendly for dummies my experience was all goods and catered to all my needs

Staff are friendly and more the willing to help, even carried my boxes to my car, products are simple to put together and look great.

Great after service and warranty i had a recliner i bought that was not working as it should fantastic furnitures warranty is wonderful i feel secure on buying from this store as the staff back up every sale with there warranty they offer
