Made my purchase in store. And the service was excellent. Came back the next day to purchase 2 more barstools on top of tge tv cabinet and 3 barstools i bought the previous day.

Online but visited the Rockingham store and was helped by their staff. Never had a store be so helpful when I encountered problems assembling item on my own physically helped me free of charge. Rare to have such good customer service these days!

I went in store to look at lounges and found one I was happy to buy. I was interested in payment options so made a phone call back to the store where a lady Gemma answered the phone. She answered everything I had to ask and was happy to come back in and purchase off her. She made it a quick, easy and pleasant experience. I would be happy to go back and purchase from there and Gemma again.

Once again, I am happy with the service and product at Fantastic Furniture. I will be continuing to come her for household items when i need.

Rang up and asked them to put my daughter bed aside so my husband could pick it up the same day they were fantastic.
