Fantastic Furniture QLD, Burleigh Heads

Purchased a corner lounge from fantastic and would just like to say I am very happy with the product quality and that it was made in this country.
The delivery was also excellent with the company offering delivery tracking information on the day of delivery which is well above the standard I have encountered with other companies in the past.
The fact this company has followed up with each part of the buying process asking in emails how they had done to me tells me they are always looking where they have done well and for ways to improve.
I think this is telling in that they will not just rest on their laurels and is reflected in their overall great review score on this web site.

Happy with my cupboards. I ordered two items, received a notification to pick them up. i called up and asked if they were both ready and they confirmed. I hired a truck to pick up the cupboards and when he got there he was told only one was available. That was really annoying that i had to pay twice for pick up. Happy with the cupboards though.

Well looked after by Ann, I am just waiting on my product to arrive instore as the colour was not available but stock was in Brisbane. Delivery charges quite costly

The fantastic furniture store in Burleigh had great products and prices. Staff could be a little more friendly and helpful. Overall happy with my purchase and will be back again

The store is set out to easily view the furniture with a great range of products, although outdoor furniture would be a good addition. Its important to be able to see, touch and sit on loungers, chairs etc to gauge comfort and how it would fit in your home. The quality for price is excellent - great value for money. Assembly instructions were well written and easy to follow - huge thank you on that! Yvette K could not have been more helpful - thank you.

Love the store and the funky options, very helpful and friendly staff, great prices. Show room was presented really nicely and we ended up getting the 'set' that they had displayed because we liked it so much!

We saw the table we wanted on line, called for availability and picked it up

Helpful friendly staff, one item wasn't in stock but was given an accurate delivery date and it arrived as per suggested. Would happily buy from this store again in the future.

Store was set out really good. Products were easy to find and the team was friendly and help me with my purchases. Process in paying for my products was easy and picking up my goods was easy as well

We were looking for a new bed and had visited several stores before going to Fantastic Furniture. We found the absolute best bed at a price that was almost a third of what we going to have to spend in the other stores. Absolutely best value, best price.

Super easy to find what you want/need. Very visible signs and staff are always eager to help. The range of products is pretty amazing. We bought a king size plush bed and a bed base and it's super easy to set up also SUPER COMFY! we love this bed and also *bonus* it's such a good price as well!

I purchased several items on behalf of a relative, and not only found the staff helpful but was surprised at the variety of options available to me. The quality of the items I purchased was excellent (great value for money!) and the assembly time frame for one item was achieved well ahead of schedule, and inexpensive ... not something I would have expected!
Delivery was efficient and I was kept informed of progress of delivery truck to the specified address. Great service all round!!

The lounge set was very well priced and displays in store are great. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and a great help with choosing styles and colours. It was a pleasure to shop.

Fantastic furniture at Burleigh I have been to a few times now and every time the staff are helpful friendly (but not annoying) and they always have what I am looking for. A good range of products for pretty reasonable prices.
