Great experience in the Nowra store. Customer service was outstanding and helpful in making my decision. Having to start over again is stressful but Chad provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my furniture purchase.

I experienced a fantastic time at Fantastic Furniture! The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the choice of all furniture types was exceptional! I was especially pleased with the modern, fresh and bright look. It was like stepping into a brand new house with wonderful modern furnishings throughout! I would highly recommend Fantastic Furniture to anyone who enjoys interior decorating or who wants to buy modern, affordable, colorful and easy to assemble furniture! Fantastic Furniture is my favourite ‘go to’ furniture and furnishing store!!

Some bolts were missing so I rang them up and told them. they said We don’t have any here you will have to wait and then we will send them out. I already waited 4 weeks to get this product. And now I’m still waiting for the bolts. This is not good business. I would have gone some where else if I knew it was going to take months to put bed together..

It was so easy the staff at Fantastic Furniture Nowra were all so friendly even those delivery boys were complete legends

Great customer service, easy to navigate showroom, great variety of stock. I will be furnishing a new house and this will be the first stop. All other stores will be compared to what is available here.

Very happy with purchase had being watching this lounge for a good six months it came down to $1799 when I purchased it excellent value for the money has chaise drink holders recynes at both ends plenty of room when people visit love it !!

Yes it was easy, I had a single bed and mattress even a child could have worked this out, give me a flat pack and a total different answer

I can always find what I am looking for from a very extensive and contemporary range of products. The furniture quality is excellent and my 13 yr old daughter assembled a dressing table with drawers for her school assignment, the clear instructions were easy to navigate.

Easily found what I needed. Friendly helpful staff. Paid for and receipt linked to my business through mobile phone number. Picked up there and the at pickup point who efficiently found and loaded my goods.

The minute we walked in we were offered assistance and advice which made our shopping experience with two small children in tow super easy. The prices were incredible and we got exactly what we needed. Some items we wanted weren’t in stock but staff were prompt and efficient in ordering in all items we needed. Can’t wait to get it all set up. We will definitely be back to order more furniture and decor.

A bed a purchase broke, I was not sure if it was under warranty but sent a message via FB not expecting a response. They called the next day and offered replacement or refund. They made it so easy and were fantastic to deal with. The new bed arrives next week. Thank you for being so ‘fantastic’!

No, broken & bent tools l couldn't do it frustrated tick off..because l had to call someone in to put in to together, l was excited when delivery arrived. Disappointed ones l started put it together and realize l couldn't do because tools broken & bent...was very happy.

Great friendly staff who knew their products and answered all questions. Showing range of products needed from the cheapest up to the higher end of their range.

I went in store to find what I wanted, then chose to buy online to use afterpay. The lady gave me a printout of what I wanted to make it easier for me. Construction was a bit dificult, as some of the stickers had come off the pieces, and I was missing a page, but it was simple enough to piece to gether myself. I bought a bookshelf but it is sturdy enough that it’s being used to house my 60’ tv and came with wall fixings to prevent it being pulled over. Can’t wait to go back and buy more! So glad it’s only 5 minuets down the road!

Bought the Chicago bedroom suite. Nice solid construction. Something a little different to the other timber look suites we looked at. Black glass inset in tallboy and side tables makes it more modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Store had stock and was able to be delivered within 3 days of purchase..bought Saturday. .delivery Tuesday. Great value compared to 5 other stores we went to. Will definitely purchase from Fantastic again.
