Previously had great experience with locally made furniture from Fantastic Furniture until we purchased the bonded leather Tivoli lounge and chase. Paid the extra for the leather care package. After just under 5 years the leather started to debond from the fabric and 6 months later about 50% of the seat area has deboned. Very disappointed with the lounge. $1,500 down the drain. Not to mention the environmental damage with now having to throw the lounge set away. Would not purchase this rubbish again. Would stick to the locally made fabric lounges.

We were given a brand new king single bed and the slats repeatedly came out of the flimsy plastic brackets, causing some of these brackets to split completely. The staff at the Rutherford store kindly replaced them, however the problem continued despite my daughter, who uses the bed, only being a slight build. She even fell against the bed frame one night when it gave way. She is now sleeping on a mattress on the floor. My eldest daughter and her husband have a queen bed version of the same bed, and the same thing happened to their bed.

Assembly was beyond me. But son and friend put it all together. ( Don't know if they enjoyed it). Didn't seem to have any issues.quality was good. Loved being able to have COMPLETE PACKAGE. FOUND VARIETY AND QUALITY OF PRODUCTS very good

Yes very easy the only problem was working out the slats but worked it out im so happy with how fast it was delivery came

This was my third time doing a click and collect order at fantastic furniture. Product was ready about 15 minutes after purchase. Loading dock staff were very friendly and helpful. Will continue to purchase from fantastic.

from the time we entered the Rutherford store staff where so wonderful especially Carol, she went out of her way to find the stock of the stool i needed as they where not on display today. Once purchased her customer service carried through to assisting us getting the stools in to my car. Great customer service with a smile as well.

Bought a 3 door wardrobe. They were a few to choose from and the staff were helpful organise it. Extremely easy to put together with the instructions and fits in my sons room nicely
