One staff member walked past me 3 times, eventually I got served, I was made feel unwelcome, staff member was unhelpful, unknowledge and rude, just made me want to leave

I found Fantastic Furniture very easy to navigate and found the range of products exactly what I had in mind. I feel very happy with the range of products I purchased with both quality and price 100%!!!!!

We sat in a lot of sofas in a lot of stores and could not find a sofa that was supportive and looked good. We tried fantastic furniture and were pleasantly surprised as there were a few sofas that would work for our kitchen sitting area. We shopped around in more stores and sat in more sofas but decided on the Stamford and ordered on line and picked up the same day within an hour (not 12 weeks waiting like some places!). Everyone in the family loves it!

The item I was going to buy became unavailable overnight, but with a quick phone call a lovely young girl was able to locate one in a nearby warehouse and I had my item within hours!

I didn’t assemble it as it was an already pre-assembled item. I’m sure if I needed to put it together I would’ve fine to do so.

I found the staff helpful and friendly without being pushy or sales orientated. They were nicely enthusiastic. The store was nicely presented and after 1 wrong turn it was fairly easy to find the warehouse.

We looked online saw what we liked then went to the store to look at the product then we purchased .

We are happy with our purchase at fantastic furniture,staff are too friendly and collection are too good, you can not come without buying

As per the title. Impossible for anyone that is not a full on tradesman to assemble. As a woman I had to call a tradie and he even struggled. Power tools needed. Then with normal daily use in 6m it has started to wobble and fall apart. Do not recommend. This was a $3500 set so not the most basement bargain of flat pack sets.

found the Bondi bed easily on display but i tell you its been more hassel than what its worth its cheeply made hence all the bed slatts keep falling out and the bed was realky difficult to put together. Id like a refund

The staff were so friendly when I called the store to organise delivery, and were extremely accommodating to
my times.

Even after measuring my lounge would not fit through the front door by mere centimetres, FF staff were so understanding and helpful. I had a new lounge ordered and delivered within a week.

I’m have no words for this store it’s lovely and beautiful products and nice prices, can I recommend for everyone

We needed a functional and stylish coffee table to complete our study/rumpus/ TV room and found exactly what we needed on the Fantastic Furniture website. Within two hours we had purchased it and collected it from their local warehouse. By the end of the day we had assembled it and completed the room. It has storage drawers for DVDs and board games as well as shelving for puzzles and other child friendly activities when the grandchildren visit. Very modern and very functional.

Very satisfied with product and friendly staff, who were very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend to family & friends

I haven’t got the furniture yet as I’m waiting for the contract to go through settlement.
I can’t wait to get all my stuff.
