Had issues getting a refund for lounge i returned (great option with 60 day change of mind policy) before i could purchase new lounge but Stephen's service was awesome, he chased it up for me and kept in contact until the refund came through, then was really helpful getting my replacement. Will be back again

great customer service - i purchased a king bed base and once i got it home and assembled with my mattress it was just too high. Kirby very helpful and arranged pick up and swap over of another base.
cant speak highly enough of the service from this store. the bed base was incredibly well made for the price and the assembly instructions and tools were faultless.

Hi, we have always found the service at Fantastic Derwent Park amazing and helpful. However, at no fault of the service people, we are on our 3rd leather couch due to the top layer of leather peeling (we understand its not high quality leather) but nonetheless we are disappointed to be honest. Have always had other great furniture from there, my bed and futon are still great after 15 years!

I purchased the Havana bedroom setting exactly two years ago. Queen bed, 5 drawer tall boy and bedside tables.
The 'wood' veneer side of the 5 drawer dresser and the foot of the queen bed has faded and turned a greenish tinge- looks awful now.
The double doors near the items faces west so only gets a brief amount of sun in the evening. Of course FF's warranty excludes fading. AVOID. Wish I'd spent a little more on something of quality.
NOT HAPPY.

Found my item easily and had great customer service and a great knowledge of the product and colours available for the item. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back.

The bookshelf, the bed, the matresss, the dinning table a lot of products are suitable for renting people here . With a good quality and great bargain price, definitely will come back

When we entered the store, it was quite easy to find what we were look for. Fantastic offered a wide range of chair with excellent quality. The chairs were easily to assemble. The staff Dan was very patient and friendly to make recommendations, very helpful!

The Derwent park store has great parking, very friendly staff and has a fantastic range of stock. The collection area is great and staff there were very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend going there!

Decided to furnish my home with Fantastic products. Decided on Sorrento for living, dining and two bedrooms. I understood that there would be a wait on some items. Delivery of Toronto items which were too big for the house. I rang the store and the salesman agreed that he had sent the wrong furniture. So no Christmas table or friends and family at our new home for Christmas. I paid for the goods in advance to show my good faith. All the furniture has been returned except for the mattress which was what I wanted. I am still owed more than $4000. After almost 2 months I don't understand the delay. Fantastic has their furniture andmy money as well.

The mattress in the box is so a good idea for my small car delivery,and it is only $99. Save me about $40 delivery fee

Did buy a shoe cabinet, the instructions could have been better, however have purchased a dining setting (marble faux top and fabric chairs) and everyone comment how lovely it looks
