Lauren at the geelong store was more than helpful, spend time with my kids helping them choose there bedroom furniture, nothing was a issue she was so helpful with all of the items i purchased

First time visiting the store and I was so glad that I walk inside to have a look first @ fantastic store and I did really find what Ive looking for, very happy with my purchase, the lady who assisted me was very helpful easy to talk with and pick-up was easy and quick. Definitely will recommend.

Navigation of the store is easy and convenient but I did notice that the children's bed area was cluttered too much. The range of products are great but could be better I would love to see and outdoor section added 1 day and more decorations for the house including lamp options pictures, fake fireplaces, designer coffee tables, Fake plants, LARGE pretty candles for display purposes ect. I am completely satisfied with the product I got and fits it purpose perfectly. The pricing is not too bad but very similar to other stores and could do with about $10-$15 less to attract customer. The mattress did come with black marks on the cover and we did need to remove it and wash it before putting it on the bed but overall pretty happy.

Bought a TV entertainment unit. Had great range, good price and extremely happy with the quality.
Bonus:- instructions for flat pack assembly were clear & made it a breeze.

I have just hung up from phoning FF to follow up on my items from an order on the 3rd of March.

I was offered no apology by the female staff member and when i said the delay, without any apology, was not good customer service I was given a mouth full of rudeness that i had u realistic expectations and that noone else does that so why shpuld they. When I stated this was not true she then further demeaned my statement that follow up from the store would have been appropriate.
I said that I didn't think this would look good for them on Social me

We went in & found what we were looking for straight away & even better it was in stock so we could take it then & there. Also the staff we a great help

The assembling was easy after unpacking, took only 15 minutes. Had a small issue with Sofa but a staff member came and sorted it in a few minutes a screw had slipped

Found what we wanted. Customer service was impeccable and had delivery the next afternoon. Even better was, the trundle we bought was on special. Bit higher than we thought, but our daughter loves it.

I went into the store, saw what I wanted but was not ready for the purchase however, I was given a reference number to quote when I came home and purchased on line by the help by a shop assistant whom I called when I was a little unsure how to navigate the purchase. It was easy to follow her instructions.

Extremely easy navigation of the website along with ease of purchases. I was especially pleased that after a distraction that took me away from the computer, I came back to find I didn't have to refresh and start all over again when I had been searching, was very impressed with the ease of navigation of the site

Product was what we required but unfortunately one stool was the wrong colour, the box was marked correctly but the colour was black, not white

For me, my experience was positive. As far as I can see, none of my items were scuffed or scratched in transit. Haven't assembled it yet but doesn't look too difficult! Overall quick & easy service, professional delivery men, and most importantly, of course, affordable.

Very happy with the price, range and colors available.
The online checkout process was seamless. The payment options and delivery/pickup options were clear and understandable.
The only negative I could say is the price for delivery. I live around 10 minutes from the store, and they wanted $75 for delivery. However, with the means to collect ourselves, this was not a huge impact to us.

Well signed building, entrance clean, great range of products,quality was great for price, seems simple enough to assemble from flatpak

A small purchase on this occasion, just a stool, but a good selection to choose from, helpful informed staff (as always) and a smooth transaction, with no 'sales' pressure. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, but to be hones, we've never had a bad visit to this store. First class in all regards.
