Easy to navigate, friendly helpful staff, wide range at low prices, some products a bit cheap looking but overall good bang for your dollar, ok to assemble products IKEA better.

Received friendly and prompt service. The person that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. Warehouse worker was friendly and helped load us up. Product is great. Will be back soon for other items discussed with salesperson.

First time visiting the store and I was so glad that I walk inside to have a look first @ fantastic store and I did really find what Ive looking for, very happy with my purchase, the lady who assisted me was very helpful easy to talk with and pick-up was easy and quick. Definitely will recommend.

Navigation of the store is easy and convenient but I did notice that the children's bed area was cluttered too much. The range of products are great but could be better I would love to see and outdoor section added 1 day and more decorations for the house including lamp options pictures, fake fireplaces, designer coffee tables, Fake plants, LARGE pretty candles for display purposes ect. I am completely satisfied with the product I got and fits it purpose perfectly. The pricing is not too bad but very similar to other stores and could do with about $10-$15 less to attract customer. The mattress did come with black marks on the cover and we did need to remove it and wash it before putting it on the bed but overall pretty happy.

Bought a TV entertainment unit. Had great range, good price and extremely happy with the quality.
Bonus:- instructions for flat pack assembly were clear & made it a breeze.
Staff were helpful & cheerful !

We found exactly what we wanted for a great price, we just couldn't refuse. The quality was as expected it required assembly but that was easy to follow too. The customer service is what sold me though, we wern't bombarded with people asking us for help and being pushy, when we needed the assistance the lady that serviced us was just brilliant.

We went in & found what we were looking for straight away & even better it was in stock so we could take it then & there. Also the staff we a great help

Fantastic have good bed options for reasonable prices - I was happy with their range of products and local delivery option too
