Very easy location and easy to public transport and nice staff the product was in my budget and easy to carry in my transport and very good thing is easy to pay on installment

I don’t normally write these types of things, however feel recognition should be given when it’s due! I had around 20 items delivered today and unfortunately on my last DIY item I found a damaged product. I phone your store straight away, and spoke with Christine. Christine was so helpful, very kind and understanding. Usually when you have to make these calls your reluctant as some companies make it very difficult. Thank you for making this whole process feel smooth and stress free.

Attended the Mornington store in search of a rug that I had seen and had to have. The store was well set out and immaculate. I was approached by the staff attendant and assisted who provided me the most friendliest and helpful customer service. I had been in a few local stores and barely greeted, acknowledge or assisted.

As for my product.. very affordable and great appeal and overall product satisfaction.

The staff were very friendly and easily approachable. Great layout at store. Wish they had more kid furniture though. The table we bought was perfect size, comes all in one box. Easy to assemble. Great value for the cost. Perfect for the whole family.

Staff were helpful and went out of their way to get the piece I wanted from another store. Other places I looked at said it would take up to two months to get what I wanted whereas Fantastic said it would be at my home within the week.

Setting up a house, my daughter and I have spent quite a bit of time shopping at Ballarat. Nothing phases the staff, they are patient and know their product range.

Was very easy to navigate even with a pram and toddler we found everything we were looking for easily.
The range of products was great also the quality of the items we have purchased have been great.

Easy to navigate around the store, the range has expected delays as this year has been very unique.
The products are what you pay for, you buy a cheap one expect it to be cheap. If you buy expensive one, you can enjoy the longevity of your furniture.
Great employees and atmosphere in the store. The new kids section looks amazing. Always a joy going in to the Bendigo store and seeing all the smiling faces.

Where do I start? I bought three pieces of furniture...two wardrobes that when assembled felt like they are about to fall apart..poor quality materials..ill fitting parts..i am so dissapointed because they are overpriced too

I was after a new rug and and a desk chair. Both items were easy to find and there was great variety to choose from. Staff as usual were helpful. This really is my go to store!

Was offered help as soon as I walked in the store. I wasn’t keen on original chairs that came with the table and was offered plenty of alternatives. We found the perfect chairs within minutes and I was around at the loading dock and heading home with my new dining setting in under half and hour. Great store, friendly and knowledgeable staff, I’ll be back!
