No beds recd
VIC, Hoppers CrossingI ordered two king single beds in April from Hoppers Crossing store and was advised will be available in 6 to 8 weeks. On calling them, was advised they are at distribution centre . Manager at hoppers crossing store, advised they have sent email but cannot contact distribution centre over phone and cannot say when beds will be recd.
I have guests over as we have marriage in the family. Having planned purchase and was assured, will not have no issues and now, I am in very difficult situation, where have no sleeping arrangements for my guests

Delayed Delivery with Damaged product
VIC, Hoppers CrossingWe ordered Havana Queen bed package with Drawers with 3-4weeks delivery time frame. After chasing up for a week the delivery happened on 6th Week. The dresser was damaged out of box. I am still chasing for replacement. Bed is too complex to assemble for a single person and with bit fat finger. Takes a lot of time and makes mess because of sawdust coming from joints. I had to vacuum twice. Raised support issue through live chat with all details. Again asked for that over email from franchise and then from store to show defect.

VIC, Hoppers CrossingI bought the recliner and loved it. So I decided to go and buy the two seater couch. It is lovely. Very easy to pop the back on. It came in only after a week, instead of four weeks.
havana bed room package
VIC, Hoppers Crossingwe purchased a havana bed room package and were totaly dissapointed. a bedroom package made out of cardboard would have been much stronger. very hard to assemble, cheap wood that keeps breaking up and splitting, all the items keep falling apart. this is the worst product i have ever purchase in my life. terrible product and this shop should be ashamed of themselves selling such inferior products

Missing Stool Parts Quickly Rectified
VIC, Hoppers CrossingHi just had very good experience with your sales, store/pick up, I had previously purchased two Tara bar stools, but found when assembling that one of them was missing 3 small parts (cross struts), on email sales arranged for me to visit, and when I visited the store staff was expecting me and was very helpful and cheerful in digging the three bits out for me form the stock, we even discussed how it could of happened, as the stools come in to you in boxes of four, the missing bits where probably just missed when my two stools where taken out off the box of four, thank you Alan

Worse store in Melbourne
VIC, Hoppers CrossingI went to the Hoppers Crossing store to buy a rug and was told it wasn't available but I could buy it online. I purchased it online for click and collect on 26Jan for a 3 week collection timeline. I waited 6 weeks and given it wasn't received, I contacted the store and was advised to proceed with a cancellation as the collection date was still unknown. I submitted the cancellation on 03Mar and received acknowledgement on 06Mar. I was told on the phone the refund would take from 10 to 14 days.

Product delivered without proper check .
VIC, Hoppers CrossingWe bought a three door wardrobe and delivered a product without proper instructions at all . I think they assumed we can assemble it by guessing our self . I contact to customer service and he told me forwarded my complaint to store . But unfortunately they didn’t even bother to call me back . What a service. I won’t recommend anyone to go through this hassle.

miami chaise 3 - Not able to attached the silver colour legs
VIC, Hoppers Crossingone of the small seperate section had a sticker to make a hole but the main one doesnt seems to have any stickers and the hole is too small for the nail that provided.. I think its manufacturing defect. When you visit the store or call they asked to email with photos and They take so long to get back to you. When you want to speak to the manager (I think the name is [name removed]) she at lunch!!
After waiting over 2 months we already moved it upstairs and the person I spoke to adv they can refund if we bring back the item which is inconvenience for us.. No apologies or at least no offer to pick up the item..
