Customer Service here in Australia sucks! I emailed someone to replace my unit due to a faulty unit but they never follow through unless you call them. [name removed] interpersonal skills is HORRIBLE! No wonder why you're not number one. She was very rude and impolite yet she has the audacity to work for CUSTOMER CARE department. Big joke right?!

Used the online store to buy the Opus bookshelf to store my DVDs. I had seen it in store a while ago, but I could easily have chosen it from the photos on the website, with clear and accurate information. Click & collect system was very straight forward. I ordered at lunchtime and it was ready to pick up about an hour later! Assembly was easy and instructions simple to follow. It’s perfect for what I wanted, and at $39 is excellent value.

I purchased new furniture for a granny flat. I found it easy to use the website, payment options where great and quick. All items where in stock and delivery was within 2 days of purchase. Very happy with products - now to assemble which is always fun.

Competitive prices as well as quality compared to other more expensive stores based in Mildura. Would be nice if the store had spray seal for marble products which we were considering.

I love Fantastic furniture and have purchased many things from them in the past. everything is always great quality. This time I went in store first to make a decision on beds in person, staff were super helpful and the decision was quick and easy.

Stock availability was poor and they could not deliver my items for 3-4 weeks which to me seems ridiculous. I would expect in the future to get better customer service
