I love Fantastic furniture and have purchased many things from them in the past. everything is always great quality. This time I went in store first to make a decision on beds in person, staff were super helpful and the decision was quick and easy.

Stock availability was poor and they could not deliver my items for 3-4 weeks which to me seems ridiculous. I would expect in the future to get better customer service

Needed a new dresser was able to get 2 and there perfect! Exactly what the pictures showed. Had to assemble but with a wine in hand while partner cooked dinner it was easy :)

I was looking for new bed frames for myself and my son.
Found some reasonably priced frames on the Fantastic website.
The site, and my confirmation email, says delivery in 1-2 weeks - for $190.
I get a phone call saying the local store doesn't actually have the stock so it's going to be 4-5 weeks in total (including waiting for a delivery slot) before I can get the beds.

I got what I was looking for quite easily and the check out was easy and straight forward. The product was of high quality and as per the specifications, shopping made easy
