Store laid out in sections correctly according to market requirements based on sales i believe. Very easy to navigate through and central checkout position giving customer full view of staff if assistance is required.

No worries with products but availability is conern amd not correct. Follow up with online chat when online order was not recognise, at store level. Was not satisfied with online chat either.

Click and Collect was great. I was contacted within 10 minutes of my order being placed to advise me that it was ready for collection. The product itself was good quality. Looked just like the photo and was easy to assemble. Fantastic overall experience.

Purchased product via online click and collect took 4 hours for store to receive order and two interactions with online help. If I buy a product here again will not bother with online store

I ordered easily online and pick up confirmation came through about 10 minutes later! Just clarify whether you are picking up from the store or the warehouse. From order to pick up was 1 hour which is excellent. I am very happy with the service at the warehouse, in store as well as the quailty and price of my lamp shade.
