Exhausting
VIC, MaribyrnongMade a complaint regarding our trundle bed. Used for 9 days and a wheel castor already broken beyong repair. Slept on by a 14kg 2 year old.
Contacted FF for replacement castor wheels and havent been replied to.

Defective item. No reasonable compensation
VIC, ThomastownComo Tallboy - was defective and not aligned after spending 4 hours to fix. Cannot accept replace as it requires another 4 hours to fix. Store not taking responsibility for the defective product. Only $50 off to keep a defective product and live with it.

We have a large selection of furniture from Fantastic. What I love about the company is it’s different furniture packages at affordable prices and it is good quality too. Our furniture came perfectly enclosed in their respective boxes, no chips in the wood and very easy to assemble as well.

... Read more. We have the Havana range which we love. It has really turned our house into a home. We will continue to shop there. The click and collect feature is also handy online as you just buy what you want on the internet and drive your car to the store and the staff help get the boxes for you and wheel them out to your car. I have also bought 2 display furniture items from the store 3 - 4 years ago and they still look as good as new. Good furniture need not be expensive with Fantastic.Did exactly what we bought it for.

1 star is too much
VIC, Caroline SpringsUnbelievable, unable to fulfill promised order timeframes. Got told up to 4 weeks for a bed and up to 12 weeks for 2 couches. Waited nearly 7 months for the couches (still waiting on 1 of the couches as we speak) part of my order was received and when I went to collect (king single kids bed) the size of the draws to go with it they ordered werent even correct. Don't waste your time. There is obviously a reason why they're cheaper than other furniture stores.

Got damaged and repaired part
VIC, ThomastownI recently bought two pieces of furniture from fantastic furniture. One was Verona console table and other was verona buffet. Console table was perfect and I am happy with this but I found one of the door corner was damaged and they fixed it and packed it. Its so disgusting that they knew about it and still packed it for customers. It is noticeable and after making complaint, nobody contact me to give their explanation which is more disgusting. I am unsatisfied from their customer service.

No beds recd
VIC, Hoppers CrossingI ordered two king single beds in April from Hoppers Crossing store and was advised will be available in 6 to 8 weeks. On calling them, was advised they are at distribution centre . Manager at hoppers crossing store, advised they have sent email but cannot contact distribution centre over phone and cannot say when beds will be recd.
I have guests over as we have marriage in the family. Having planned purchase and was assured, will not have no issues and now, I am in very difficult situation, where have no sleeping arrangements for my guests

Terrible service

Contacted the store and emailed about the issue, then told a 3 week wait for the new bed (has been 4 weeks already). Now being told we have to take the bed back ourselves and have to pick the new one up ourselves when in stock.

After 4 weeks they said 5,6 weeks and now its been 7 weeks, one of the staff lady said not sure may b it will take few more weeks.

Next told had to get chairs from Canberra, Finally arrived in May. Looks more like drop shipping as ordered desk chair on line and it came from Brisbane in 4 days. Lost me as a repeat customer.

I started with everyone's "favourite" retailer (beginning with a K), only to find that their $24 version of this stool was pretty much out of stock everywhere. I needed five stools, but could only find three stores in SE Melbourne that had one each.

Worst experience!!!!
VIC, PrestonThey gave us a product that had already been returned damaged and according to them had been put back into resale rather than return, it wasn’t even in a box, just shrink wrapped!!! They then made me wait three weeks and when I rang them I was told to send photos! They should have asked me on the day or followed up not wait for me to call…. Then they offered me a partial refund to keep the damaged goods!!! When I said no, they got pretty rude and asked that I return it to the store!!!
I still haven’t received the furniture and no one will give me a date!!!! And we still can’t set up the dinning area!!! Absolutely shocking, I’ll never buy from them ever again!!!!

VICBeen waiting on a delivery for 12 weeks now just called to get an updated time frame and been told I now have to wait an additional 6-7 weeks. This is an absolute joke along with the measly $100 off when I spent thousands at your store. Would not recommend anyone shopping from you guys!

VIC, PrestonI purchased ( order number 3752010122064 )a bed with storage and a mattress from the store. And paid for delivery as well. After a week they delivered the mattress and half of the bed parts. And no storage yet. I'm waiting for more than 2 weeks now to get my other parts of the bed. Still sleep on the floor because of these people. Contact also many times customer service. Didn't get a proper answer for my problem. I don't reckon to anyone this service.
