Purchase a bed and a mattress via click and collect. Both were in stock with 60m collection. Was around the corner from the store and decided I'd just go wait. Items were not actually in stock.

I purchased our products online and received delivery. The whole process was hassle free and prompt. We ordered sunday afternoon and got a call on Monday morning organising delivery. We then received our products on Tuesday exactly when they said it would come, which is amazing because there was a big storm so roads would have been hectic.
