Fantastic Furniture WA, Cannington (page 3 of 6)

Have paid for 3 beds in 3 years, online just recently (March), and 2 in store (2016 & 2018) every single bed has broke from the slates collapsing on us! One bed was for our spare room - my brother used it for maybe a month, he's 65kgs and it broke. I was heavily pregnant and the bed collapsed and I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor by the end of it. We've gone in store and mentioned our issue and got given new slates - problems still occurred. Did this again 2 days ago and had to pay $25 for replacement slates and just tonight my 7 year old son just sat on the bed and it collapsed. I will not shop here again. Email already sent to your company - I am still waiting for a reply.

I purchase in store and purchasing process is good with friendly young girl customers service. Just I have to wait for 2 weeks because that product I bought not in store

I love FF, great value for money, and a great range of fabrics if you're getting something custom made. Good old fashioned customer service too.

Purchased recliner set 3+1+1. Found the colour we wanted at the price we wanted. Have purchased from Fantastic before when we lived in VIC now after moving to WA dropped into one of the stores and the customer service was good as expected. So will continue to buy from Fantastic.
