I walked in, knowing what I had in mind. Found it all and it was all in store in the colours I wanted. Was served by a great bloke who helped me select my products and arranged for me to collect it straight away. I took it home and had no trouble in assembling any of it, which is a very rare thing indeed!

Great selection of merchandise. Friendly knowledgeable staff and it's CLEAN! My 12 year old could put together items with ease and there is less fuss compared to Ikea items. All purchase types available.

Walked in to midland store and was helped immediately, was able to get the item I wanted and sorted quite quickly and was very satisfied with the staff and timeframe

Finally saved enough money to buy my son new bedroom furniture and what I bought was cheap and nasty. Constantly have to retighten everything as it comes apart all the time. Very embarrassed for my son as Im now constantly apologising to him for this crap product

Easy to purchase items with the assistance of the friendly staff. The staff knew their products and advised of the ETA of one of the purchases. No pressure shopping. Love it.

Just walking into the Midland store it was easy to find what we wanted. The sofa bed we looked at we loved it straight away the young lady serving us was so pleasant and she was able to answer all our questions and assembling the product was easy and straight forward

We searched online first then narrowed our search and went into the store to check the product was what we wanted. Easy to assemble. Easy to find in the store. I was in and out within 15 minutes, decision was easily made, price was great - only thing I could discredit Fantastic furniture for is the fact i now have to wait 4 weeks to receive my lunge.
I don't think they should have on floor stock furniture that they cannot give to the customer then and there.
Apart from that, we cant wait to receive the lounge, its a beauty.

Was looking for a rug, sales rep very helpful, taking us around the store showing us how colours mix to interact to make the most of the room i was decorating

We were looking for a single bed for our 2yo son to transition to. FF had the best, most affordable range. Mattress came rolled up in box which was handy!

Store was easy to navigate with items relative to living space being furnished in one area in the shop.Articles i looked at were structully sound and stylish.Staff were friendly efficient and helpful.A nice range of products not to much as in other shops which can be overwhelming but just a nice amount to pick from.
