If your condition is not on the pre existing list that means you can still have a policy you just wouldn't be covered for any Claims/costs relating to that condition before or during travel.

Again if you have a condition that is on the list but you have been hospitalised (including Day Surgery or Emergency Department attendance) for that condition in the past 24 months then again you wouldn't be covered for any Claims/costs relating to that condition before or during travel.

Hi Dillon, thanks for your question! Okay so the beauty with us is that we don't require any medicals & we automatically cover 43 pre existing medical conditions. We cover some of the ones you've listed however because you have diabetes & HBP together then they cancel each other out. All hope isn't lost though, I can still help you out. Hi Gerri! Thanks for your query. You will need to take photos of the gear you are taking and needing cover for as you'll need to provide visual proof if needing to make a claim. In regards to your daughter diving in Bali, she is covered provided she uses an artificial breathing apparatus at a depth no greater than 10 metres (you must hold an open water diving licence *recognised in Australia or dive under licensed instruction). It's always good to have a look at our General Exclusions in our PDS too before purchasing so you're 100% aware about what is and isn't covered. Hi Lynette, thank you for your question! Yes we understand it can be quite confusing when there are so many options out there. The good thing about us is we don't require any medicals and we automatically cover 43 pre-existing conditions! We cover Blood pressure and High Cholestrol however if you also have Diabetes it cancels it out. So we can still issue you with a policy that covers you however if whilst travelling something was to occur and the doctor deemed it related to the pre-existing that we don't cover you would not be covered by the benefits. All is not lost though, I can connect you with an insurer who will give you an over the phone quote for a travel policy as well as cover for all pre-existing conditions. Hi noms78, Thank you for your query. Sounds like a fantastic holiday! You have up to $3,000.00 worth of cover for the 1 camera and 3 lens bundle. If you had 2 cameras and separate lenses it would be $3,000.00 for each bundle however as described above you are only taking one camera and 3 new camera lenses therefore it would be classified as one bundle and you'd have cover up to $3,000.00. Also, as you don't have proof of purchase it's a good idea to take a photo of your gear before leaving ie: camera, lenses, cords, manuals, accessories so in-case you need to make a claim you then have proof that it is yours. Your claim Arises from any act of war, whether war is declared or not, or from any rebellion, revolution, insurrection or taking of power by the military.

Hi Brent! Happy New Year! Sorry for the delay in reply, we've all just returned from a much needed break.

You are covered even though you have have a provisional motorbike licence in Australia. As long as you can obtain the International Drivers Permit and as you mentioned "wear a helmet & ride in a responsible way" you are covered.

Please have a look at our 'General Exclusions' page in our PDS found at http://fastcover.com.au/Content/documents/Fast-Cover-PDS-2013.pdf which is applied to all sections. Also have a look at Page 40 in our PDS as to what we do and don't cover. Motor bikes are not covered under "Rental Vehicle Excess".

Yes, as long as you ski within the ski resorts patrolled area you are covered for Emergency Evacuation under our snow sports plan.
