We bought all our furniture from focus for our first house. Great quality and delivery was on time. Happy with our purchase and service received

We were happy with our purchase and the assistant we got in the store. It was easy to find out way around the sales assistant was helpful and not pushy.

I love my couch and dinning table set. I did have to wait a little longer for my couch but when it finally came, the service was exceptional and the delivery guy put it all together very quickly. Would recommend!

Everything was great. All assembled for us. Too bad about leaving all the rubbish behind though. Just as well I have access to skips at my work to get rid of it all. But I assume a little t of people wouldn’t have this luxury. It would take months.... up to a year to get rid of all that rubbish in a wheelie bin.

I had bought a bed for my kids. Bed was delivered on time. When opened it was not new.
Broken /missing parts. Sent the info, they did not respond at all.
They sent me new bed but I missed my kid’s bday date because of them.
New bed is of no use to us..
Because of their no communication and response. I have to tell my kids that the bed is going to be late or given to them after few days..
They need to inspect the consignment before delivery or put some measure in place so that it wont happen again.

Lovely place to shop, staff are very helpful & has a great range of furniture to choose from. Product easy to put together & of high quality with no issues to date. Will be back for a new lounge suite!

I loved the way I could browse through the shop without being 'hassled' to purchase something. I explored; I returned with my partner; we went back and a third time and made our choice - with a good deal. Paying for delivery and assembly was fantastic. It relieved me of worrying about damage if I had to get the furniture home myself. Bit disappointed at first that packaging was not taken as has been the case in past purchase, but I was able to salvage the plastic to use as a 'hot house' for my plants, as well as the soft wrapping and cardboard. Heavy duty card went into recycle bin the next day.

Purchased a recliner and had to recite their own policy to them to get it repaired under warranty. Confirmed with Pakenham store that the mechanism was definitely under a 3 year warranty but Dandenong was saying it was only a 1 year warranty. They did eventually give us a new mechanism as a “good will gesture” but we had to fit it ourselves. Feel sorry for anyone that isn’t mechanically minded trying to do it themselves. Pakenham were great for information and advice but shame that doesn’t carry on to all stores.

Service was great I got deliver 2 damaged chairs focus and the team where great to deal with and I got brand new chairs delivered

Love my sofa. The sales person at the Dandenong store was lovely. Not pushy and let us take our time while we made our decision. . I think her name is Lisa? Delivered when they said it would be and the delivery guys were great, very polite and put the legs on for us. Happy with quality of the sofa and with the price.

Love my new couch, it is super comfy and looks stylish. The couch came sooner than expected and was delivered within a couple of days. 5 stars!

The store had a great range, was easy to find what I was looking for, the quality is great, furniture came already built which was so convenient.

I love how focus on has range of different furnitures and that you can always find matching furnitures for everything! I found a matching dinning and TV cabinet and I am very happy with it. I might want to buy matching bed to go with it. They gave me a good price as well so great in value!

I had very good experience when I shopping in forcus on furniture, I found the staff I like and prices was reasonable

The staff were amazing, the product was excellent and the store was immaculate.
Sadly I had to wait 2 weeks for pick up (was advised it’s really easy and handy as we have a Ute anyway) the pick up process was the most painful and difficult thing I’ve ever dealt with with any furniture shop.
Not only did I have to wait 2 weeks for pick up but your pick up depot is a bit of a miss matched joke. Park and walk 2km to give an invoice... them walk 2km and just wait and wait. If the pallets weren’t blocking the way then the parking structure for pick up would be much smoother.

Went into the Dandenong store early one Saturday where staff out numbered customers. I was looking for a nest of tables I had seen in a catalogue. The staff were not interested in serving me and when I did finally get someone to help I was told they were out of stock and coming in in a month and they didn’t offer to take a deposit and call me. I left the store disappointed with service and lack of product. I went home and ordered online received emails and great service from these staff. Wouldn’t waste my time in store again.
