We spoke to a person called `[name removed] about Delivery to Keysborough and was told it will be on a Wednesday. So i went on line and bought the item on Monday 30th March @ 6pm payed big $$$ for the couch. Today my wife calls the store to find out if the order went through and to see if its still coming on Wednesday. Today we get told it will be a Thursday as i did it on line after 5.30pm. So i had to move all my jobs from a Wednesday to a Thursday because i run my own business. So i can be home for the delivery. Did not even offer me to come and pick it up. Staff was so rude on the phone this morning and this afternoon. Never buy from the dandenong store again.

We bought a Kennedy dining table. It was delivered months later with white dots in the resin. We contacted the aftercare team.. someone came out to assess it as requiring replacement. The design of the table, in particular the position of the legs makes it not functional and very impractical. It also makes loud cracking noises every hour or so. As they were replacing it anyway I asked if we could exchange for a more practical/functional table. The manager denied the request. So we are left with an overpriced overseas made impractical table. I do not recommemd.

Purchased new furniture on Boxing Day sale. The furniture was delivered as promised within 2 weeks. On delivery the delivery driver noticed part of the furniture was damaged and advised to notify store immediately which I did. The store advised to put through online request to replace damaged goods. The following Monday I was contacted by the store advising of the next steps and timeframes for removal of damaged furniture and the new replacement. Delivery drivers were on time, professional and took away all the packaging as well. The first time the did not, though the store advised of this at the time of purchase.

We bought a dining table from Focus on furniture and was looked after by a lovely lady named Bea. She was an absolute gem when we had to go back to buy chairs separately. She went out of her way to assist us and we appreciate her efforts! thank you Bea. Keep doing the amazing work that you do :)

highlighter color from my child’s hand got absorbed to sofa within seconds, doesn't go away. Leather cracks and peels off while cleaning with water. Just a week of usage. Cheating customers saying original leather terrible

Bought a beside table which come in with more than 15 visible nail holes . The quality is really sh***t have to say.it looks like I paid $15for a faulty item whereas I actually paid $299. Requested refund and customer service says it is how it meant to be.

They send us a text about Boxing Day sales. We go to buy a dining table chair that we already bought 6 of. The price of the chair has gone up by a $100 each and NO sale! What a joke!

We visited 3 Focus on Furniture shops to find what we wanted, and Fountain Gate (Narre Waren) shop was the only shop we found what we wanted with a good offer. The store was properly organized to get a real feel of the furniture.

The sales staff were very professional, as we were fussy customers, where we changed what we ordered few times. Absolutely nice and professional people. Helped us with recommending to select certain items and we were very happy with them.

It's been more than a month after receiving the furniture and we are very happy with the delivery and also it was easy to assemble.

I was approached in a very courteous manner . I ended up buying a dining set for my house. I had organised it to be delivered at a specific time and it was.

We recently purchased a couch and the whole experience was pretty amazing starting from the customer service to the really friendly and helpful staff and the delivery of the couch went pretty smooth as well. Totally recommend this one!

Easy to find the store and customer service was spot on. Great thing was they had stock and yes m vry happy with the quality what I got and delivery service was provided for a reasonable amount. Store is clean, tidy, easy to find what you want. Staff are friendly, easy to approach. Range of products is great, tons of styles to pick from. Loving my mattress!

Ease of viewing and range was typical and we found what we were looking for. Collection is a little frustrating at an alternate location and time but understandable really given need to store the furniture. Assembly not difficult and worth doing yourself given the added cost.

Delivered wrong bed and had no communication as to when itnis coming- was given a queen bed and king mattress and not one phone call to say we are expecting it this date- been left with a mattress on the floor for over 2 months- disappointing as spent over $7k at the store- would expect more care with customers

They are very happy to help you when buying their furniture, but if there's a problem with it afterwards then they don't want to know.
I called them on the same day that our new lounge suite was delivered to report a structural fault in one of the chairs and was told it couldn't be reported over the phone. I had to report this on their website by raising a support ticket and including photos.
I did this on 17th Dec and they have not responded to me in any way.
POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE: their salespeople are helpful when you buy the furniture, but the company doesn't want to provide any after sales service if items are faulty!

Lovely products and am very happy with them. We will definitely shop there in the future for my new home.
