We order everything over the phone as we knew what we wanted, the whole process was nice and easy; they even honoured a discount they had going for weeks, which we had missed by a day.

Very impressed with customer service. We arrived on a public holiday expecting the shop to close at 5:30. Unfortunately the shop was closing at 5pm that day. The staff were just leaving the store when we turned up. The manager Val let everyone else go, reopened the store and ushered us in to attend to our needs.

We bought our lounge suite through Focus on Furniture. I loved that it was Australian made with quality Warwick fabrics. A great size and style. Because of that experience we went back and bought our bedroom suite as well. Delivery and assembly has been excellent too.
