Was looking for a new lounge and I went in with a clear view of what I wanted. The lady that offered her assistance was great showed me several lounges then left me to it. As I shopped around I developed a different opinion about what would truly be better for me. The same lady came back and shook her head and said with a smile this is not a chaise. I was concerned about the colour so she grabbed some cushions similar to mine and could not be more pleasant if she tried. My afternoon was made more pleasurable by the friendly service and the bargain I got on my new lounge. I would never hesitate to recommend Focus on Furniture to anyone.

Bought a Mattress from the Frankston branch and it was a pleasant experience. A majority of the mattresses they sell are Australian made and made to order - only taking 2-3 weeks. The one I purchased was apparently hand made in Melbourne, which I found incredible, and they are very competitive with their prices! I also bought a pillow from the store just as a finishing touch.

The service was exceptional, the delivery was easy, and I will 100 percent be shopping with them again in the future.

I recently purchased the Vogue Table and some Indy Chairs and it matches the house perfectly. It can be really hard to find darker Timbers these days but this range is really perfect for us. I had the table and chairs delivered and assembled to make my life easier and I have zero issues at all!

Great service, easy to purchase, change delivery date, great comms before turning up and pleasant and easy service so all round good. Only negative was that we were left with all the packaging from our bed which was bulky.

The young man, Clinton was fantastic, he had only been doing the job for a few days. He didn't know the answers to a couple of our questions, but he found those answers quickly and efficiently. A credit to whoever was training him. And I love my dining table and chairs and buffet.

Very good quality furniture, no assembly required and pick up was very convenient from their warehouse.

Sales assistant listened to needs. The range offered were precisely what I was looking for.
All items were not available at the same delivery time however the sales assistant kept me accurately updated and delivery of outstanding items were on time.
