Kylie(Manageress)is the BEST! She had all the time in the world for me.. sooo helpful, delivery guys were Awsome! Very friendly, gave me almost an hour notice that they were comming, set up everything and took all the boxes... I’ll deffinetly be back!

Dont buy from focus on! They guarantee delivery for a future date just for the sale and cant deliver. Constantly beating around the bush and always promising they will know more the next day. How about be honest and more transparent! Now Ill be moving into a new house without furniture and hosting Christmas. Pathetic! Worst of it all they dont even give me any other options but wait until January/February.

Had difficulty purchasing matress and bedroom furniture that suits my finances and delivery times. Andrijana, Kane, and Kylie went above and beyond to explore all options to ensure my preference.

I purchased a bed and furniture. The whole bed frame fell apart with 2 months. The screws used were too short to be secure. I contacted the store who were aware but said there was nothing they would do. They said to go buy long screws from Bunnings! Don’t touch this company - they don’t stand behind their products or warranty. Appalling quality. I would have had to manually replace every screw in the bed to make this safe. It fell apart with me in it and damaged my carpet as when one bit went, lots of other screws came out too! Learn from my mistake - steer clear!!!

It was easy to navigate through the store. I did find the leather 6 seater corner couch (Florio) that I wanted to buy on the day. But [Name Removed] was extremely rude as she said hello to the customers next to us but didn't bother to greet us. She was also using her phone behind the counter while I was looking for someone to help me. I went to ask for help and she did come unwillingly. Also, she didn't really want to answer the questions and provide very basic about the sofa which anyone can by just looking at it. Overall, worst customer especially by a store manager. Focus on Furniture really needs to focus on managers training about customer service.

Andrijana went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing my first couch. Something that I thought would be a daunting task become so easy. She was more then patient and gave me so much advise to make sure the purchase was perfect for my first home! She even called after the couch was Seleucid to make sure everything was perfect. Will definately be back! Thank you!

The focus store at highpoint was clean and tidy and easy to navigate. I was shopping for a number of items for my new home and managed to find almost everything I needed in this store. I was very happy with everthing I purchased and the sales assistants who were all very helpful, in particular, Kylie (the manager) who went out of her way to find stock so that I could get all my items delivered together. I will certainly shop at focus again.

This is my 4th order from Focus, can't recommend the furniture enough. Great quality and prices. Staff at the Maribyrnong store are always very polite and knowledgeable. I always find something else to add to my apartment :)

After searching for a new sofa for months we finally found one that was perfect at Focus on Furniture Maribyrnong store. Kane was very knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase of our sofa. We had an issue that arose after delivery and Kane very promptly resolved the matter. We were very impressed with the service we received from the staff, especially Kane, at Maribyrnong and would highly recommend them.

So easy - bought 5 pieces in about 25 mins! But I must say the guys delivering and putting furniture together were outstanding and wonderful! Couldn't recommend it higher. The whole experience was second to none from shop to installation.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and my lounge arrived (delivered in QLD) when Kylie said it would. I absolutely love my new lounge and have no hesitation in recommending Focus On Furniture.

Narrowed my search online before going to the store to select. Staff were friendly and approachable, the service great and delivery was arranged on the day I wanted.

The furniture is gorgeous. However the way I was treated by staff at the Maribyrnong store in Melbourne was disgusting. Won’t EVER be recommending them or going back.

I could see that this store was for us. good range and we chose and the flexible range offered suited us. We had it delivered and no need to assemble. However, charging extra to lift the 2 Seat lounge 13 steps was not palatable.
