We have built 3 other times with various builders in SA over 27 years and have to say that building with Format was THE best experience that we have had building a house. We had our own design and nothing was impossible. From the moment we started building we were given the mobile number of the supervisor and had one to one contact with him. But we only met him close to handover as we didnt have any issues all through the build.
The staff in the office from the receptionist, the selections people, the administration people to the owner (whom we met) were all really nice.
If we ever build again, we would go straight to Format and will be recommending them to everyone we know.

We have noticed that Format homes do give you a few little extras that no other builder will do with out you asking or paying for.
We are so happy with the service we have been given, the quality of their work is amazing. We have defeinatley never been left in the lurch. If we needed advise help and changes etc they never questioned it and gave us great solid advice.We are looking forward to our new home. There def was no hidden prices etc in our contract. A great company to build with we highly recomend them
