Very positive until signing the contract. Since that time 9 months ago, we have been extremely disappointed. To date we have a frame and incomplete brickwork.
Before commencing the build, we had a disagreement about who was responsible for the site prep works. Despite the original contract stating that this was an inclusion, there was an inexplicable change to this and unfortunately we did not notice our obligation for this in the variation. From the start Format were amazing in working with us on our difficult plot and were there every step of the way when he had to go through council 3 times and had tree troubles .
