I ordered a bed they told me they would put a rush on it and 1 lady told me it would be here with in 2 weeks and then when I rang they told me it would be another week and then when I rang again they said it would be a further 2 weeks I don't understand why it's taking g so long as they said it was in stores and that the company delivers to them 2 twice a week. And they would not give me my refund so as a single mum I had to continue to sleep on the floor for over a month would not buy from this store again

I purchased an ARMIDALE queen bed with a gas lift base as we live in a small space and we could really use the storage under the bed.
The bed looks amazing but it has 2 big problems it's very noisy and squeaky to the poing I have to apply oil weekly in the parts that move and the bed frame and slats are not very supportive making my mattress sink.
I tried to contact them on multiple occasions to raise the issue but I didn't get any response.
I don't recommend them and I won't purchase anything from Forty Winks again.

Be 100% sure that the product you are buying fits and is exactly what you want as there is no flexibility for a refund despite this being your legal right even with you return the furniture back to the store!

Upon arrival of furniture from forty winks I alerted management immediately that the furniture did not suit my home as it was too large and bulky. They took back all items but refused to pay me a refund therefore I have been a $1,000 financial loss from them.

I honestly feel like a threw away my money down the drain for nothing. Owners have never been flexible to arrange a refund.

Very disappointing- owners proven a poor approach to customer service.

Carly gave us excellent service with no pushy sales tactics. We felt very comfortable with her and purchased the Tempur mattress a beautiful headboard and bed base in King size.

I rang Forty Winks Morayfield yesterday after being turned away from a large popular retail store because I didn't look like I could afford a bed. I spoke to a wonderful lady named Carley. She asked me what my budget was and what she could give me for that budget. When I went to the store I went in with the elderly gentleman that I care for in his wheelchair and we both felt very welcome. She spoke to both of us and asked a lot of questions to get me the right bed I needed. They are a wonderful store to go to and so friendly. Would highly recommend this store.

Good work from Rachael and the team at hervay bay with 2 mattress purchases and great service. Also the maryborough shop helped with which mattress was best for us

Purchased a new mattress, had the best night,s sleep for months. We were not hurried through during the process of finding a new mattress, finally a retailer that the staff know their business.

Sales person did not mention that the mattress I chose was actually a demonstration item, although I was later informed signs around the store mentioned this fact. Bought the mattress for huge price on their deal 'get a king size for the price of a single'. Inflated price and within 24 hours of paying for the mattress, I found out I was buying a demonstration item, which was NEVER mentioned by the sales person. Asked for a refund but they said their policy was to withhold 25% of the total cost (they also included the delivery cost in this). ...

Was a great price for the bed.
It’s Australian made and owned.
We tried lots of beds and this one was our favourite.

Recommend 40 Winks Morayfield Qld 100%.Great store layout and great range.My wife and i had an issue with a mattress we bought which was resolved very quickly to our satisfaction.

We are very pleased with the excellent staff who assisted us when making a warranty claim, everyone especially Rachel where extremely courteous and supportive, we would recommend Forty Winks to everyone, plus AH Beard who efficiently sorted out our claim thank you to all

Very upset with the lack of customer care and service provided!
I wouldn’t recommend using them go else where, they are just interested in taking your money and leaving you in the Learch for months without a bed and sleeping on the floor.
