Still waiting on my lounge!Ordered in December paid in full. Received HALF of my lounge.
Numerous time contacted store and freedom.
Told constant lies!Still no sign of my missing lounge.

We were told dining chairs were in stock in Sydney (we checked twice). Ordered and paid a deposit for them and after 8 weeks and numerous phone calls from us (often with staff not getting back to us, and when they did, saying they can't check the order because the computers were not working) were told they are no longer available. We now have to make the 60 minute round trip back to the store to get our deposit back and start looking again for dining chairs. Absolutely appalling service. Never buying from Freedom again!!!

I made a couple of purchases Outdoor setting and a 2 and3 seater lounge.
Katrina was exceptional answered all my queries,extremely helpful.
Maddox Lounge and Adelphi Modular.
I picked up the outdoor setting when I received a call and Simon the warehouse guy could not have been more helpful, had it ready, loaded it and was polite,nice change. Had a small issue wrong coffee table, this was not a problem,they apologized and exchanged it even though I had put it together.
What a great crew, I will be back.

Prior to purchasing a $700 chair, I asked the sales person how long to deliver ?
Chair was in stock in Sydney, approx 80km from the store.
One week later I check to see if my chair has been delivered to the store and I am told it will be delivered 10 days after the purchase date.
Ten days delivery from a warehouse 80km away is in my opinion, poor customer service and would make me think twice about purchasing from this store again in the future.

Ordered and paid for a white concrete table told be delivered in 4 days as was in stock. Long story short three months later a table cleared customs as my table “disappeared “ now three months on a corroded whole is present in table and the store wants nothing to do with me again. Go to the website .. well that’s a mess. After googling for about 15 minutes freedom complaints I have contacted a site that says it’s freedom complaints Dept. No reply and like last time I don’t expect one. $1400 for a outdoor table that’s under cover to last less time than I waited for it to arrive is just disgraceful as is the after sales lack of service from franchisees who take money and run. Poor deal freedom.

Andersen Chaise, Armchair and Ottoman in Napa Bark, complete waste of $4000! Chaise has faded to pink, chair and ottoman haven’t. When I called to ask about getting something done I was asked if it was in a room with windows, WTH! Then was promptly told sun fade isn’t covered under any warranty ( seems to be the norm with this particle fabric and lounge) Well if it is sun fade then why hasn’t the chair and ottoman faded?? Treat people like their stupid. Also the cushions have sagged so much it hurts my back and the feathers have never stopped shedding! 3 years old and it’s embarrassing to have people see it. Never again Freedom furniture..now we are faced with having to replace this worthless piece of garbage!

Staff member gave fantastic suggestions about the furniture we were purchasing. We purchased our furniture at the store. We had the furniture delivery and the delivery guys were very polite and helpfull as well.

Happy with the new price drop and hoping that the new rewards cards will actually be rewarding. Sales lady was very helpful.

In store purchase of a magazine basket, great quality, very happy. Staff were very nice and store was set up fantastic so you didn’t miss anything

Freedom provides quality products that look and age well. Friendly and knowledgeable staff provide a good experience and delivery was on time and in good condition.

I had done some research before entering the store to test for comfort.The staff were very helpful and made the buying process very easy. I'm always happy with the quality and the look in Freedom.

I have bought few things from Freedom mostly furniture, but I am honestly disappointed.
Firstly waiting time was longer than promised and the products all look good but the quality is poor.

You better don't sit in the chair for to long, because the sponge gets flat. Therefore dinner must finished in a hurry...
The table and buffet need another layer of isolation otherwise water, salad dressing or a bit of beetroot can ruin these products....

Our purchases have all been in store and the team are always there to help and give advice when you’re stuck. Our digs look fabulous and 90% comes from Freedom.

I purchased bedroom furniture from the Freedom Avenue range. There were some imperfections in the timber which I was not happy with. I followed the returns policy with Freedom online and provided photos of my concerns. Freedom replaced the items (one of them twice) promptly at no cost to me. Happy customer.

Bought my side tables to match the console and coffee table I had already purchased. Very happy with them. Staff were helpful and got another great deal!!

Visiting Freedom to look for cushions and other items, we came upon a beautiful chair for the bedroom that we ended up buying. We also found a lovely timber sideboard that will fit into our living area perfectly!

Love the new bed mattress. Love the look of the slate archer bed frame, just disappointed in the quality and also very hard to assemble when the screw holes don't align.

I shop regularly at Freedom Warrawong - the staff are always extremely friendly and helpful . Don't be afraid to ask for help when choosing decor and furniture as the staff are fantastic and very professional and, as a result, I have a beautifully furnished home. I have shopped at other Freedom stores throughout Australia and am always pleased with the inspiration and help I receive . Thankyou Freedom!
