I have sent 3 emails so far to freedom Logan, l am tired of trying to contact them regarding my delivery. My customer no. is 9007770170944. Either l have it delivered or l will cancel my order. This is very unfair. Freedom is the only Company l have dealt with who are unresponsive to their customers my pH no which is on my order I do not want my pH no revealed to anyone else. Lesley Torr.

Unfortunately, it’s basically fill out their online form and wait for a response...
Open a chat window from their webpage and start chatting. The only thing that works for freedom. Otherwise guess the email address for the store, and keep sending an email every day, in a week there is a slight chance you will get an answer!

We bought the salsie couch a few months back, scotch guarded it and it seems to retain stains from nothing and the fabric is creating allot of lint balls

After ordering with the information that my delivery would be 1 week I ordered online and the receipt say one of the items is now 10 weeks out . I will have moved by then and need to change the delivery address. After spending 3 days trying to get in contact I think I just want my money back and I will go somewhere else. So how do I get someone to answer my calls?

Good luck Helen, I had same problem trying to contact them, customer care doesn’t give a hoot! I would have cancelled my order too if I could have contacted them.
Well have had quite a satisfactory reply from freedom will see how they follow through with delivery. Hopefully all is well and will be finalised in a week and a half will follow up with comment when all is done

I paid in full for this bed on 9th of Feb 2020 & was told it was in stock. I phoned
twice and was told some pieces had arrived and not others.
I am a regular consumer with freedom and it says on the order details that this
was ready for collection from April 2nd - April 9th 2020. Nobody informed me of this
and now the Ballarat store is closed and no one is picking up the phone.
I have called all the phone numbers that I can find. Please call me tomorrow morning to
explain what is happening...

Where is the coffee table I bought from Freedom Nunawading.? It was due to be picked up on 29/3 according to my invoice. I rang on Monday 30/3 and spoke to Sylvia who said it was at the distribution centre at Knox. I asked if store was likely to close. She wasn’t sure.
Is there no customer service at Freedom? I said we could pick it up at Knox but that was a definite no! A phone call from Freedom would have been the least I expected. After all you will need customers when this pandemic is over.

I am desperate to get information on a lounge suite I ordered from Freedom Moore Park in October 2022. I have contacted the store by phone several times to no avail, and my emails have gone unanswered. I paid a deposit of more than $2,000 and in my last email have requested either some contact from the store, or to have my deposit refunded. Can someone from Freedom please be in contact?

Had chats with people on line at freedom but who knows when I get to talk to someone real. Brought two DAHLIA 3 Seat Fabric Sofa both are falling apart - feathers coming out and the fabric is full of bobbles they look terrible.

Hi, I went into Freedom Joondalup on Friday 16th August. The sales staff were fantastic. I was very frustrated that a clock could not be sold to me despite having two hanging in the showroom. I put in an order and it will take 5 weeks to arrive. Surely with a 5 week wait you could make do with only one clock being on display so the sales people you are employing to be at the store could make a sale. I go into stores rather than buying online to support jobs in my local community. You as Managers should also show similar support and be willing to let items be sold. Janine

I purchased $192.80 worth of artificial flowers on 5/8/19. I decided they didn’t look right and returned them to my local Freedom (not the store I originally purchased them in).
It was found I had been charged for an extra rogue protea king stem, worth $26.95 and and extra rogue eucalyptus spray, worth $10. I therefore received back $155.85 instead of the full amount.
This was an error I the person who served me, because I definitely do not have these extra flowers. I asked the manager to ring the store I purchased from from and he spoke to the manager there, who was the one that served me.
There was no offer to reimburse me or look further into the matter. I thought I would see if there is anyone here who can sort this out.
