GJ Gardener Homes Shoalhaven were fantastic with our challenging build . They helped us at every stage, with Council requirements, colour advice, materials and sourced outside professional help when needed. Brett guided us smoothly through the pre-build stage and our site manager Jason did an amazing job and got is in on schedule despite lots of hurdles along the way.

Shoalhaven G.J. Gardner Homes constructed all 7 houses for our development. They did an amazing job managing the project and all went according to the schedule with no delays. We spent the morning picking the different colour schemes and G.J Gardner handled everything else making the build process stress free for us.
The houses were finished to a very high standard. G.J. Gardner was wonderful in that they had regular site visits booked in. They had great processes pre and post construction in fixing any issues. They were always very helpful throughout the process. The only variation to our contract price was for extra piering and it was minor about 3% of the contract price.
I would recommend G.J Gardner to anyone requiring a new home.

The build went very quickly, few wet days but finished in good time.
The build quality was excellent, we only had one issue with the door to the garage having a gap and letting in a draft but this was fixed.
The final cost was dearer than the original quote but we did add a LOT of extras. And we are so glad we did them before the build.

We chose GJGardners at Nowra based on previous reviews. The Team at Nowra fulfilled all our expectations. Being a retired Architect and Project Manager, my husband and I were looking for a company that had excellent communication skills and top class finish. Two vital components for a hassle free build. We are thrilled with the outcome of our Custom designed home.

For Pam W - As a pensioner building my forever home, GJ Gardner Shoalhaven did not disappoint. The team were fantastic to deal with from concept to completion and were very helpful in discussing issues as they arose, particularly as I didn't have much experience with the building process. My on site supervisor Ryan, was patient and understanding and I can highly recommend the team at GJ's Shoalhaven.

We are thrilled with our new GJ Gardner home. So much better than the floor plans! Which were created with much blood, sweat and no tears by the team assisting us in the design phase. Such patience. We have, in the end, found a few details we'd change -- our first build and we just didn't know all the questions to ask -- but only fussy things (yes, GJ team, I'm still being fussy!). The builders were amazing, Ryan on top of everything and always happy to talk us through each step. I felt the painters got a bit slap-happy at the end, but I know they were doing an awful lot in a short time. Well done, GJ and if I should ever build again, could only turn to you.

Workmanship is fantastic and general build quality is great.
The build was managed great I didn't even have to go down to inspect till handover as I live in Sydney.
I was kept informed every step of the way as to where we were with the build from the supervisor and the admin staff at the office.
