We had a good experience with GJ Gardner in Dural. The house, which was completed in 2017, is well made and energy efficient.
The team were professional, polite and helpful at all times. The complimentary colour consultant was a God send. The after care service was above and beyond the call of duty with one of the team rescuing my son from a locked bathroom well outside the warranty period.
The only hold ups with construction were weather related and a few weeks for gas connection.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Workmanship of the build is exceptional add to this the fast build time of 8 months and we are very pleased that we made the decision to build with GJ Gardner Homes Dural.
Alex Vandenberg and his team have communicated all the way through the build process and we could not be happier.
We look forward to moving into our new home on 11 December.

Nice Builder
The biggest anxiety for anyone who wants to build a nice house is getting a good builder. This is particularly important when building a custom designed house. For us, we wanted a builder who is flexible, have the patience to listen to us and make changes during planning and construction, have transparent costing and the availability to meet us whenever we wanted.

More Than Just Excellent!!
Last year I’ve decided my mind to build new house and the most difficult thing was to choose the builder. I’ve read all reviews from this site and visited the Home World every weekend.
However that was not easy task at all finally I found awesome design from G.J Gardner (Blue Water) and visited G.J Gardner at Dural
Alex welcomed us and explained all my questions and he said he send me the quotation.

Great experience
We recently built a house and 2 Granny flats with GJ Gardener at Dural, The build was a stress free experience the workmanship was great, everyone was easy to deal with and addressed any queries we had along the way promptly.
The build time was good, around 6 months overall.
The pricing was competitive, and any variations we asked for were also priced at a very fair rate.
We would not hesitate to recommend GJ Gardner, Dural to anyone looking to build in the north west area.
